Group Coaching

Newtopia’s exclusive group coaching is designed to introduce healthy habits to help you feel your best and start living your best-ever life.

Each week, your Inspirators focus on a topic related to habit changes around nutrition, exercise, or well-being. After each session, you will receive a goal via text and via your Newtopia app. These goals will help you develop new habits that will make a lasting positive impact on your health.

You can enjoy these sessions with your video on or off, and there will be a chance to ask questions and share feedback throughout. Your participation during the session is optional but encouraged!

We understand that you have a busy schedule, so we offer sessions throughout the week to try our best to accommodate you. It is recommended that you attend one group coaching session per week.
