I graduated with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, and have been a personal trainer and health coach for many years. I absolutely love what I do! Over the past few years I’ve developed a great love for yoga and meditation. It has helped me develop a deeper understanding and love for both myself and life. I like to lead an active lifestyle, so the gym is my second home, but I spend as much time as I can outdoors whether I’m running, biking, or exercising in a park.
