I graduated with a degree in Applied Human Nutrition and completed a Holistic Nutrition Certificate program.I look forward to inspiring others to lead a healthy and energetic life! My active lifestyle centres around the seasons. In the summer I enjoy running, swimming, and trail biking. In the winter you’ll find me snowboarding and skiing on the nearest slopes. My number one indulgence is pizza, though I try to keep it nutritious with plenty of vegetables. I love spending time in my community, discovering local restaurants and markets to try out new foods with friends and family.
