I graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and have a background in nutrition and food. Nutrition has been my passion for many years now and I admire, and enjoy working with people who are invested in changing their health! Physical activity is an important part of living a healthy life and feeling good. I love running, doing yoga, or long-boarding to stay active, but also to help relax. When I’m not curling up with a good book, I’m dreaming about backpacking in Asia. I want to learn about all the different cultures, their foods, their history and connect with my roots.
